So our favorite Ultimate Fighter, Chuck Liddell, is fighting tonight in UFC 71 against Rampage Jackson. We have big parties for UFC fights, but we do it real big for Chuck Liddell fights. For this fight we hired an expert in cakebakery to whip us up the world’s first Chuck Liddell Cake! Some pictures are below:
****UPDATE**** We got a bunch of comments to show what the cake should look like after the fight .. and we put our tail between our legs and now have the post UFC 71 Chuck Liddell Cake. We added in a big ole fist imprint and a blackend eye, and of course chuck on the ground. We still love ya Chuck!

Chuck’s skin is made out of fondant which is a hard marshmellow-y sugar substance, and filled full of chocolate goodness. Every part of Chuck is edible, and awesome. Big thanks to Jean for the cake! We also have a few more pictures to show the cake making process:

I think that they should have a rematch,.and if Chuck loses this time he should think about going back to the drawing board and work his way back up to be the #1 contender to fight the light heavy weight champ,as he took Rampage wat to lightly and went in over confident.I think that Rampage Jackson adds a little excitement to the sport,..in the light heavy weight division. He is going to be there for awhile by the way he finished Liddell. It was nothing short of a awesome punch,and i don’t think that luck had anything to do with it! Look forward to a third fight with these two guys,..that is if Chuck still has the nerve,and power to beat this new champ!!
