So Wilford Brimley is the spokesperson for Liberty Mutual, a medical supplies company. During his commercials he refers to Diabetes as "Diabeetus", and it is quite funny because there is clearly no U in that word. We thought we were the only ones who thought Wilford Brimley was a riot, until we did a few searches and discovered the wonderful world of YouTube Wilford Brimley Remixes. After hearing the word "Diabeetus" over a thousand times, we came up with Wilford Brimley's Five Best Diabeetus Videos on YouTube.

5. A Very Funky Diabeetus Remix

This remix has a great Brimley finger point, and quite a funky beat to it.

4. Rock Me Diabeetus Remix

Brimley's remixed take on the classic "Rock Me Amadeus".

3. Freaky Stop Motion Diabeetus Remix

This video makes Brimley look (and sound) 3D.

2. Crazy Face Brimley Remix

This video hit number two due to the awesome facial expressions that Wilford makes in the video.

1. "The Beetus" Mix

Apparently this video, "The Beetus" started it all, and for good reason. Brimley on that horse is a recipe is Internet Gold.

When traveling back in Tampa last month, we came across a pretty funny scene in a pretty dark and dirty bathroom. Rest assured, we made sure that our scotch was not on the rocks.

Ahhh, thank you Belichick for running up the score on our poor old Buffalo Bills. While the Bills lost the game, we won our bet, and continued our small win streak. This week we figure we should just stick to the winning formula:

New England Patriots vs. Philadelphia Eagles

This is officially the largest line in NFL history, and we think that it just isn't large enough. They beat the Buffalo Bills by over 40, and are crushing any team in their way. The Eagles are without McNabb, and AJ Feely just doesn't seem like he can keep them within 24. Alrigh, turn on the clobbering machine, we like the Patriots -24.

This week we are only picking one NFL game, and it is prime time baby.

New England Patriots vs. Buffalo Bills


Seeing that we here at Pong A Long are a Buffalo based company, we are rooting for those Bills to give the Pats their first loss.  However, we think that is is more likely that we will get embarrassed on a national stage.  So to offset this, we decided to take the Patriots but root for the Bills.  This way, if the Bills don't get spanked the city of Buffalo will be stoked, and if the Pats do lay a whipping on us, then at least we made a few bucks in the process.  Go Bills!

Sucker punches are probably the lamest thing to do in a fight, and if so ... we sure have the lamest of the lame in this here collection. On with the sucker punches!

5. Boxing Sucker Punch

Showing absolutley no class, this boxer sucker punches his opponent instead of touching gloves.

4. Cop Sucker Punch

This woman cop gets sucker punched, bum rushed, and beaten down ... right in front of the assailant's daughter. The only good part of this story is that the jerk got 60 years.

3. Skinny Kid Sucker Punch

This little runt gets clocked in the face out of nowhere. Surprising that this isn't the end of a snuff film seeing the velocity of the fist.

2. McDonalds Sucker Punch

One unsuspecting Rangers fan, goes to order a BigMac, and gets pounded in the temple. Once on the floor, his wallet is stolen before he wakes up in the hospital.

This sucker punch ranks number one for the following reasons:

a) The people involved in the punch
b) The punch itself
c) The repetition of the punch in the video

This week we are only betting on one game, and we are choosing the biggest one of the week.  Dubbed "Super Bowl 41.5" the New England Patroits are coming into Indianapolis to take on the Colts.

We don't buy into the hype that the Pats are going to go undefeated, and that they could be the best team ever.  The Colts have won 12 straight and have a high powered offense that can put up points.  With a healthy Bob Sanders and Joseph Addai, we will take the Colts to win outright.
