Q: Are you a real company? How do I know you will ship my product?
Good question, we take great pride in our customer service and the reputation of our name. We are a real company and for some quick feedback please see our Ebay feedback, along with our Feedback. We are also an Ebay Power Seller, verified by PayPal, and an Merchant.

Q: How will I know that it is safe to buy from your site?
We have taken an unnecessary amount of steps to make sure that you, your identity and your information are protected at all costs. Our shopping cart is secured by Secure Socket Layers. We never actually even see your credit card number, simply your name and shipping address. We use for all e-commerce transactions, and are a certified merchant. Q: Who are you guys?
A: We are a dedicated team of beer pong professionals who want to revolutionize beer pong and kick out the sickest products possible. If we had to describe us a celebrity, it would probably be Michael Keaton or David Hasselhoff.

Q: Where are you located?
Buffalo, NY. However we ship most of our products from Liverpool, NY.

Q: What is on the packaging of the tables?
A: One small item code so that we can differentiate between products. The code usually is PAL-TBL-##. The packaging does not say anything about our product and is super discreet, so your neighbors won’t know you are a total boozehound.

Q: What will the charge on my card show up as?
A: If you order through our store by using a credit card directly, the charge will show up as "PONGALONG". If you order via PayPal the charge will show up as "7Labs, LLC". You can go through the cart process and simply click on the PayPal button, enter in your credit card, and be directed right back to our site with the entire transaction occurring through PayPal., or Google Checkout if you desire.

Shipping F.A.Q

Q: How will I be able to track my shipment?
A: We will be sure to add your email address into our outgoing shipments. Once your package is registered with UPS, you will then receive an auto-generated email with your tracking code.

Q. When will my package ship?
A: Your package will ship out on the next business day, or if before 10 AM Eastern Standard time it will ship same day. This does not mean it will be delivered in 1 business day, just that we will ship it out within 1 business day. Note: We do not ship on Saturdays.

Q: When will my package arrive if I ordered ground shipping?
A: Your package will arrive based on your geo-graphic location. If you ordered ground shipping, please use our delivery estimator. Note: the day of pickup does not count in the overall transit time. If you are in Zone Two and your shipment is sent out on a Tuesday, you will have Wednesday as day one of package transit and Thursday as day two your transit time. In that case you should have the package delivered on Thursday.

Q: When will my package arrive if I order special shipping?
A: Your transit time will start the day after the package is sent out. Note: the day of pickup does not count in the overall transit time. If we ship your item out on Wednesday and you ordered two-day shipping, Thursday will be day one, and you should receive your package on Friday, day 2. Please note that UPS does NOT ship on Saturdays, and Saturdays do not count in overall transit time.

Q: Do you ship outside of the US?
A: Not right now, sorry. We haven’t found a cost-efficient solution yet.

Q: Why is shipping so much?
A: Because we are shipping out large tables, that’s why. While they are portable, they still weigh around 20 lbs and qualify for oversized shipping.
